Myofacial Release and Movement Workshop

(Block of 4 Classes on Saturday 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th October 2021)

 

The Myofacial Release and Movement Workshop is a short course that will encompass a series of techniques which focus on posture and functional running mechanics. The course is a block of 4
classes, 1 hour per class, running once a week and will be delivered by Steve, who graduated with a Masters in Osteopathy.
In the myofacial release and movement workshop you will learn:

  • 5 realistic steps to track your pain, injury and rehabilitation for faster recovery and improve performance.
  • Discover what’s holding you back and learn practical tools to reduce risk of injury.
  • Understand movement mechanics to enhance running efficiency like Usain Bolt and power like Mike Tyson.

The block of 4 classes is £40 and the first class will start Saturday 9th October. Limited spaces are available.
